Remember my post about how one can tell the seasons changing in SoCal?  If not, then click here and you can read that post before proceeding with this post.  If so, then here you go.   This is how you know it is Thanksgiving season in SoCal. . .

The turkey helps - but if you look closely you can see that the shade of green on the trees and grass is just a tad different from that of the winter, spring and summer greens. That's definitely an autumn green.
I've yet to see an inflatable anywhere - you must live near the Griswalds. So glad you're in Simi!

I am not even sure that Clark Griswald decorates for Thanksgiving!
That my friend is crazy.... what is the world coming to?

Well, I don't decorate for Thanksgiving but I do decorate for 'fall'. Starting with the first of October I have pumpkins, fall leaves, candles, berries and I add orange lights to my white lights on my little tree on the 'front porch' (sounds a little country). Inside and front and back it looks like fall and I love it. BUT I DRAW THE LINE AT INFLATABLES! But starting tonight our front is shinning bright with red and white lights for Christmas.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND MERRY CHRISTMAS
