What I Learned At The Beach Today
- The bees really do sting.
- Take antibacterial hand gel.
- Always take a jacket.
- It's a Marine Layer, not a cloud.
- You can never pack enough water.
- Sunscreen lotion & then the spray.
- Pack snacks, snacks, & more snacks.
- Umbrellas are great landmarks.
- Label beach toys with your name.
- It takes 30 mins to pack up the stuff.

When Mommie was 5 yrs old she didn't have all that long beautiful hair so Memi could give her lots of curls. Mommie's hair was thin and absolutely straight and wouldn't hold a curl. So that was the time when figure skater Dorothy Hammel (sp) was very popular and Mommie wanted a Dorothy Hammel haircut, since that is what all the little girls wanted. So she was just as beautiful with her short hair, and it was very easy to keep. Ask Mommie to show you a picture.
